The San Antonio Parks Foundation, in partnership with H-E-B, The City of San Antonio, and the Parks and Recreation Department, presents The Official City of San Antonio Fourth of July Celebration. The event will kick off with the parade-style “Firecracker Fit-Family Walk/Run” along with Zumba sessions, for those looking to start their day with a healthy workout.
The event will also include carnival-style rides, games, face-painters, and plenty of children activities and workshops happening inside the Family Pavilion throughout the day. Live entertainment will include a DJ, along with live performances by The US Air Force Band of the West, local Selena Tribute Act Bidi Bidi Banda, and the South Texas Symphonic Orchestra, among others.
There will be plenty of July Fourth fare, including local, popular food trucks serving up hot BBQ, burgers, hot dogs, tacos, and Aguas Frescas. We look forward to you coming to celebrate the fourth with us!
