LaborFest San Antonio festival is a 3 day Multi-cultural Music & Arts Festival. This year’s festival will be held at the newly renovated HemisFair Park September 2- 4, 2016. Starting the weekend of events off with “LaborFest SA First Friday" event that will be free to the public from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event will feature live music, food, retail booths, and carnival activities for the kids.
On Saturday and Sunday, September 3 and 4, 2016 the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center will host the “Soul/Funk Explosion” from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. featuring electrifying talents such as Chaka Khan, S.O.S. Band, The O'Jays, Betty Wright, Rickey Smiley and many more. It’s the place to beat the heat and dance the night away.
